By purchasing or enrolling in the 6-Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners at Magnetic Pole Fit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your registration.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the program has been purchased. This policy applies to all payments, regardless of attendance or participation.
2. Non-Transferable Programs
Programs are non-transferable to another person.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to move your enrollment to a future round of the same program.
If you wish to transfer your registration to a different session with a later start date, a $75 transfer fee will apply.
Transferring a spot after registration creates a lost opportunity for us as a small business and for other students who were unable to join a fully booked program. This fee ensures fairness and helps us maintain the limited space available in each program.
3. Program Duration and Classes
This program includes six (6) in-studio pole classes scheduled over six consecutive weeks.
Each class builds progressively on the previous one, so attendance and consistency are essential for your safety and learning experience.
4. Missed Classes and No-Show Policy
Black Friday Specials do not include make-up classes, drop-in class credits, rescheduling, or program extensions. Enrolling reserves one dedicated spot in a capped weekly cohort exclusively for you across all six weeks. If you cancel or do not show up for your scheduled class for any reason, that class is forfeited. Missed classes cannot be swapped into another cohort time, redeemed as regular drop-in classes, or carried past the 6-week program window.
5. Open Pole Studio Policy
The Open Pole Studio is designed for self-practice only. It is not a structured class and does not include instruction, spotting, or guidance from instructors.
During Open Pole Studio you are responsible for your own warm-up, cool-down, and personal practice.
Please use the space respectfully and share poles if needed, based on availability.
Safety is your responsibility so only practice moves and skills you are already comfortable with.
Open Pole Studio sessions are not supervised classes, and participation is at your own risk.
This is your time to explore, repeat, and refine what you’ve learned and enjoy it as your personal practice space.
6. No Observers Policy
To protect student privacy and maintain a focused, comfortable training environment, guests and spectators—including friends, partners, and family members—are not permitted inside the studio during the class times.
Strict No Children Policy: Participants are not permitted to bring children, babies, or minors of any age into the studio for their classes. Children cannot sit in the corner of the studio, wait in a stroller or lobby area, or remain unattended on the premises, and Magnetic Pole Fit staff and instructors will not watch, supervise, or care for your child while you take class. This rule is strictly enforced with zero exceptions due to studio insurance requirements, physical safety around pole equipment, and the privacy and comfort of the other students in class. If you arrive with a child or unauthorized guest to wait for you at the studio during your class, you will not be permitted to join class, and that session will count as a forfeited class under our Missed Classes & No-Show Policy.
7. No Pets Policy
For the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all students, no pets or animals of any kind are permitted inside the studio at any time.
This includes dogs, cats, and all other animals, regardless of size or type.
Only registered service animals, as required by law, will be accommodated when proper documentation is provided in advance.
8. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in the program.
Unpaid or partially completed registrations are not guaranteed.
9. Photo & Video Release
By attending classes, you consent to Magnetic Pole Fit capturing photos or short video clips for marketing, social media, or educational purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform your instructor before class begins so accommodations can be made.
10. Health & Safety Disclaimer
You are responsible for notifying your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your participation.
Always work within your limits and stop immediately if you experience pain or dizziness.
Magnetic Pole Fit is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-disclosure or disregard of safety instructions.
11. Communication Policy
All official program communication must go through the proper channels:
Transfers and other inquiries: requests must be submitted via email to the studio: [email protected].
Emails, DMs, or texts sent directly to instructors may not be processed.
We’ll always contact you using the email address you provided at registration, so please check it regularly.
12. Studio Etiquette
We’re proud to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and empowering space for all students.
Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Be kind, supportive, and mindful. We rise together.
13. Liability Waiver
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that pole fitness involves physical activity that carries inherent risks.
You agree to participate at your own risk and release Magnetic Pole Fit, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, whether in class, open pole, or other related activities.
14. Agreement
By completing your purchase or checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
